One of the most important issues we are currently working on is improved client marketing. We need to reach our potential clients – to BE where they look for help when facing an unplanned pregnancy. The appearance and atmosphere of the center must attract our demographic. Thus we are implementing some fresh new ways to promote the services to our clients.
The most visible change is that we are now calling the center’s pregnancy help services, the Fyndout Free Clinic. Our client website, www.fyndout.com was launched two years ago, but it has been in dire need of updating, revising, and recharging! The URL (internet address) remains the same, but the new look and functional ability of the site is much improved. The quirky spelling was partly because findout.com was not available as a website address, and partly because that type of ‘misspell’ is trendy and cool!
We called the website fyndout.com because the young woman who looks at the calendar with a shudder of fear needs to first find out the answer to the question, “Am I pregnant?” Through providing ultrasound exams, our medical director is able to confirm pregnancy, thus providing the answer to her question. Of course in doing so she is provided an actual look at her unborn child! Then she recognizes that no matter the challenges of her circumstances , a way will be revealed for her to carry her baby. We know it is God’s way, and He is the one at work in the counseling room! A precious life is saved!
Let me assure you, Care Net Pregnancy Center of the Tanana Valley will remain the formal name of the organization. Our supporter website, www.carenetfairbanks.com has also been launched. Among the features on the new supporter site is the ability for you to make a one-time OR monthly credit card donation.
New signage will soon be in place at our Wilbur street clinic. So as you drive by and check out the evidence of our new approach, please continue your prayers that these efforts will result in an inflow of clients who need to fyndout if they are truly pregnant and also fyndout who their Lord and Savior is and how much He loves them!
